Spalding Ultra-Flex 1980 vintage sneaker ad @ The Deffest

Spalding Ultra-Flex 1980 vintage sneaker ad

October 8, 2018

Here's one more vintage ad from 1980, this time for the Spalding Ultra-Flex running shoes.

Ad info is below:

Introducing the Spalding Ultra-Flex

Nylon flex-point insert for easier toe-off.
|
👟

Everybody has a new and improved running shoe. But the new Spalding Ultra-Flex is truly unique. It has a nylon fabric flex-point insert across the ball, which lets your foot bend where its supposed to and makes toe-off easier. It has a removable tri-layered anatomical footbed for added com-fort. It also helps keep your foot stable in the shoe and reduces unwanted heel movement. What's more, it has a larger, extended heel-counter and a thicker midsole in the forefoot area. The new Ultra-Flex from Spalding. It's the means to the bend.

Feet that feel good fly.
