Etonic KM Street Fighter 1977 vintage sneaker ad

Etonic shoe company dates way back to 1876 when Charles A. Eaton opened a shoe factory in Brockton, MA. By 1915 the brand was one of the largest shoe manufacturers and was producing shoes and boots for WW I. In 1945 they began producing golf shoes and by the 1970's they moved into high quality running shoes during the “Running Boom” era. The ad above is from 1977 and is for their "Street Fighter" sneaker.
